California Hand Wash - Alpharetta

I absolutely love coming here to get my car washed! As a mom of 3 kids who are constantly on the go with sports and daily activities, my car definitely needs this kind of membership. It makes keeping my car clean so much easier! Ken, the manager, is always so friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure my car is sparkling every time I come in. The service is always great, and I truly appreciate how well they take care of their customers. Highly recommend! The lobby is also so comfortable and full of snacks for the kids so it makes waiting a breeze!

Jonathan at California Hand Car Wash did an absolutely amazing job on our ceramic coating! The attention to detail and quality of work were outstanding. Our car looks incredible—shiny, clean, and like it just came off the showroom floor. Jonathan was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. If you’re looking for someone who really knows what they’re doing, I highly recommend Jonathan and California Hand Car Wash. We couldn’t be happier with the results!

I really enjoy having a membership at this car wash. This is my first time seeing this style of car washing. The car is rolling through & humans are hand washing the vehicle as it rolls through the car wash. It's unique! Also, this is the only car wash I'm aware of that has a membership for exterior AND interior in the Atlanta metro. It's a long hike from my house, but it's worth it to me. I ran into some concerns with an upgraded service that I received. I express my concerns to Ken and he went above and beyond to rectify my concerns.

Extremely disappointed with the service at this Alpharetta location. I’ve had my vehicle detailed before at their Johns Creek location and the results were excellent, which is why I trusted them with my Cybertruck. Unfortunately, this visit was a completely different experience. The interior was returned with visible residue, fingerprints, streaks, and product marks throughout the vehicle. The seats, door panels, center console, dashboard, and other interior surfaces were left looking unfinished and poorly cleaned. For the price I paid, I expected professional results, not to spend my time finding issues throughout the vehicle afterward. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location. Very disappointing and a waste of money.

Good for the quick wash service but decided to try one of there more premium services today. Bought the Clay / Polish / Wax package today and am very disappointed. Never saw a clay bar or mitt being used. Only polished the main door area where there were some light scratches. Expected an all over compound polish and wax just didn't happen. Inside looks like they just used an air hose and didn't bother to actually wipe any dust off interior surfaces. Can see swirl marks and residue on plastic where they didn't bother to cover it before what little polishing they did do. Maybe I just got the B team today but expected more with a service that cost $300+.
